Human Bar Graph


Along a wall post signs: strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree. Ask a question (e.g. The Civil War was not about state's rights; Men are stronger than women; It's okay to make up their own words; This was a great story; The moral of the story is be kind; The answer to the problem is 20 miles etc.) and students line up under their answer.  Students can tell you why they chose that line.  One line can try to convince others to move to their line.  Students can move if they give you 2 reasons why they want to move.
