Label Objects in a Scene

Students sketch a scene of topic they are studying (i.e. parts of government, layers of the rainforest, elements of a store etc.).  Next they draw lines from important objects in their scene and label those objects (for example, for parts of the government: executive branch, legislative branch, legislator etc. or for parts of a store: cashier, money, dairy section, cheese, shelves, etc.)
