I Have, Who Has? 38 Interactive Language Arts Card Games


The activities in this book consist of a series of questions and answer cards related to language structure and use. Students are actively engaged as each player answers a question and then asks the next question. For example, "Who has a synonym for hungry?" is answered by, "I have famished." and so on. Another example: "I have tower. Who has the noun in this sentence?: The mystery novel is thrilling to read" is answered by the student with the card: "I have novel. Who has the noun in this sentence?: I see a red truck?" When students reach the last card, they will find that it refers back tie the first card. Requires minimal preparation but results in maximum participation and effort. Covers standards-based skills such as synonyms and antonyms, compound words, homophones, prefixes and suffixes etc.
